Villa Padronale – The Main House<\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino” border_width=”4″ el_width=”50″][vc_column_text animation=”animation fade-in”]The estate’s elegant Villa Padronale <\/strong>is a large historic home that conserves all the charm of the great Tuscan country houses of the late 1800s. Recently renovated and transformed into a holiday villa, it has two floors and sits at the centre of a large park, where the private swimming pool is located.<\/p>\n

On the ground floor<\/strong> the Villa Padronale has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a corner fireplace; two bathrooms with showers and a large double bedroom with a private bathroom. From the day area on the ground floor there is access to a large porch, which is furnished with a large table and barbecue area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners. There is also a recreation area where you can challenge friends to a game of snooker or table tennis.<\/p>\n

On the first floor<\/strong> there are two large double rooms and two triple rooms, with a double and a single bed. This area is completed by a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a second fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs, and a fantastic view over the park – wonderful for a gentle wake-up breakfast.<\/p>\n
